Order Processing/Handling

  3. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed withinĀ 1-5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Transit/Delivery Times

  2. Custom Orders: May takeĀ 60-90 daysĀ due to production and delivery schedules.

Shipping Costs and Order Value Conditions

  1. Currency: All prices are listed inĀ USD.
  2. Free Shipping: Orders overĀ $299Ā qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  3. Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $299 are charged a flat shipping fee ofĀ $39.00.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  1. Coverage Area: We currently ship to theĀ continental United States (48 states).
  2. Exclusions: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Armed Forces locations, or PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  2. Lost Packages: Report any lost packages withinĀ 5 business daysĀ of the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation and resolution.
