At Submed US, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping process. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Order Processing/Handling

  3. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Transit/Delivery Times

  1. Transit times:  Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after the order is shipped.
  2. Custom Orders: May take 60-90 days due to production and delivery schedules.

Total Delivery Time

  1. Total delivery time (All destinations): 4-12 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and subject to external factors, including weather, carrier delays, and holidays.

Shipping Costs and Order Value Conditions

  1. Currency: All prices are listed in USD.
  2. Free Shipping: Orders over $299 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  3. Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $299 are charged a flat shipping fee of $39.00.

Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

  1. Coverage Area: We currently ship to the continental United States (48 states).
  2. Exclusions: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Armed Forces locations, or PO Boxes. A valid physical address is required.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  1. Damaged Shipments: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, mark the delivery receipt as "DAMAGED," take photos, and report it to support@submedus.com within 5 business days.
  2. Lost Packages: Report any lost packages within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date to initiate an investigation and resolution.
