Refund Policy


At Submed US, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient returns process for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be new and unused in its original packaging.
  2. All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  4. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@submedus.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization or an RMA will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided in the RMA.


Return Shipping and Fees

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  2. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund status.

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  2. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@submedus.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at support@submedus.com. Please include:

  1. Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.


Return Window

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
