Refund Policy



At Submed US, we take pride in our uncompromising customer service. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and if you're not, you're entitled to request a refund. Please read the following policy carefully.


THE SUBMED US RETURN POLICY

Submed US offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item must be unused, resale-able, and in its original packaging.
  2. All original tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  4. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

RETURNS PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at support@submedus.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Once your return is approved, you will receive:

  1. An RMA number and specific instructions on how and where to send your package.
  2. Instructions regarding return tracking information which must be provided to us prior to our receipt of the returned package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization or an RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent by mail to the address provided in your RMA instructions.


SHIPPING & FEES

  1. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  2. Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will notify you of the refund status.

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to your original credit card or payment method within 7 business days.
  2. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@submedus.com.


DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If your item is defective or damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at support@submedus.com. Please include:

  1. Photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  2. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund.


RETURN WINDOW

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
